Regrettably Royal Mail have recently increased their postage prices, we have had to adjust our shipping costs accordingly.
All orders are charged at the point of order, and are sent out by first class mail or priority airmail within 24 hours. These are non trackable services.
The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from the UK, and on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Please note that these times are only estimates.
Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. If you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your order confirmation email (10 days for UK customers and 6 weeks for France, South America and all African countries), then you should contact us on orders@sectionrecords.com quoting your order number, and we will refund or replace the order as required.
